Toscas puppies are born!

Tosca ended up having 7 puppies. They are 4 boys and 3 girls in white and white-brown. Some fore sure will turn roan later so we will see. 2 of the girls and probably also a male will stay in our breeding program since we are so excited to have a litter after Italian Champion Matt.

Toscas puppies are coming!!!

Tosca is having her puppies. 5 are born so far and they are doing well and there should be some more but we have to be patient...

Laura "BOB" at the national dog show in Piacenza, Italy

Yesterday we went to Piacenza to show our Laura again. She got an excellent judgement, 1. place in youth clas and finally also became "Best of Breed" which means 3 more points!!!

New JE results.

Today we got back the test results of our Rudy and his sister Zaira. They both are JE carriers. Well, not what we were hoping for but still, it could be worse... So now it is for sure, both will stay in our breeding program.

CACIB International Dog Show Offenburg / Germany

We went to Germany again, this time Offenburg. It had been 11 Lagotti entered and we again won each class. Laura and Rico both got another JCAC and finished their title "German Youth Champion", Jetset got another CAC so he also is pretty close to become "German Champion". He already is international Champion, but his certificate is not back yet so he still has to start in open class....

Tosca left for the USA!

Tosca finally left Europe and went to our farm in Missouri.

Early Friday morning I brought her to the airport in Frankfurt / Germany and she went on her trip back home. See you soon Tosca and all the best for your puppies that will be born next week.

CACIB International Dog Show Gonzaga / Italy

We only showed our Laura in young class and she got exc1 and best young dog again. This means she now has 10 points towards her title "Italian Youth Champion", and we have another 20 points to go. So keep your fingers crossed!

CACIB International Dog Show Munich / Germany

Our Rico won the FCI Group 8!!!

What a show. Rico and Laura both got exc1, JCAC in youth class, Jetset (the male of a friend of us that we are showing) got exc1, CAC and CACIB, 11 Lagotti had been entered. Then Rico became BOB and later also became 1. in the honor ring winning BIG 8. Pictures will follow.

Leaving the show later than planned we rushed back to Italy for the show in Gonzaga the next day. Of course it had started to snow saturday morning and kept snowing the whole day so our trip took longer than expected. Instead of beeing back at the Garda lake at 10 PM, it was 4 PM on Sunday morning. We let the dogs out for half an hour, changed clothes and left for Gonzaga again.

Specialty "Lagotto Romagnolo", Club Show, Ancona, Italy

Another fantastic show result!!! 
Laura got excellent 1. in youth class on the Specialty show for Lagotti in Ancona, Italy, 28 dogs had been entered. Later she became "Best Young Dog", was under the last 3 dogs for the BOB and under the last 10 dogs in the honor ring for the "BIS Young Dog". Jack became "Very Promissing 1." in puppy class. What a weekend!!!
